My glucose test is on Friday and I am worried. I have been attempting to eat according to a GD diet, to be healthier even if I don’t have GD. It’s hard!
I’d love to hear from you guys about your favorite high-protein and low-sugar snacks. I also need suggestions for what your go-to healthier snacks are when you are craving sweets.
Right now I am enjoying fresh berries, yogurt, peanutbutter, and milk. I need more ideas! Things I crave are brownies, cookies, pastries/breads (ie banana bread), cake… Pretty much all the most deliciously bad things.
I hope I don’t have GD, but even if I don’t I need to eat better!
